TEA Websites’ Growth Plans, our website subscriptions, are aimed at non-complex websites and smaller businesses. Contact us if your needs are more complex, such as an online store, or larger company.
All our plans are minimum of 24 months and require a Digital Blueprint Workshop kick-off. Priced at £500

Our Digital Blueprint is how we ensure your website is fit for purpose. We have a workshop about your business, project goals and who your customers are. We’ll then create your Digital Blueprint which outlines the plan for the site, including a plan for the launch: What pages and add-ons we’ll create; creating brand guidelines (if required); mapping out the project timelines; and most importantly, sharing the key dates for you to meet these timelines. You can also take your Digital Blueprint to someone else if you’d like, you’re not locked in!
We often charge 3-5k on a new website, which can be a large investment for small businesses. Couple this with breaking the news that a website isn’t a build-and-leave solution, we’ve seen that 24 months gives the perfect time to set up, and continuously improve all whilst covered with a single monthly payment.
Our unlimited content edits are a cornerstone of our plan, but what does it mean? It means you can request edits 24/7, and log it into our queue. All edits are acknowledged within 48 hours and actioned within 5 days. We have a restriction on 1 change being worked on at a time, but this is to ensure we don’t undo any changes we make as they’re made in a private, hidden version of your site before going live. Our content edits include anything around adding pages, blog posts or new images. Our Plan Limits page should cover any additional detail.
Our plans have a 24 month minimum, but we understand business requirements change and do have some flexibility. You have break points at 6, 12 and 18 months of the contract to let you out early. If you wish to keep the site afterwards, a payment of 50% of the remaining balance will be due
For example, if you are on our starter plan (£99p/m) and notify us you wish to cancel after 9 and a half months. You’ll have an additional 2.5 months on our plan, taking you to 12 months. If you wish to keep your site after this, a further payment of £594 will be due
We have set up our subscriptions to bundle as many fees as possible to make it easier for you (and your accountant!) but there are still some fees you’ll have to pay
- Your Domain. Often yearly payments, will be paid by you, we want you to be in control of your domain!
- Additional Licenses. We include a whole host of licenses in your plan, for a full list of the licenses we cover visit our Help Portal. But any additional ones we can discuss buying on your behalf and adding to your monthly fee, or you can pay separately.
- Email. We can offer advice on the best email solutions for your business but don’t include email (such as [email protected]), in your subscription.
